2 weeks still NO reply Donor rank help

    It has been 2 weeks. I have dm'd mods and Cyp. I have posed 3 threads about this and still NOTHING. The only replies i get is to message Cyp. which i have ALREADY DONE 4 TIMES NOW. I want a refund on my donor rank because 1 i bought it on the wrong server and 2 no one would respond to me to help me switch it over and 3 i was banned from both servers because i asked for a refund on these threads. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND WITH SOMETHING THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP ME BECAUSE IM STARTING TO GET FED UP

    The owners are busy, however there is no guaranteed refund if you donated to the wrong server. I don't think we do rank transfers.
