1st suggestion:we get some kind of rating system for people to vote there trust into and make them mod i think its a good idea

2nd suggestion:we get more moderators we need more beacause half the time none of them are on not saying that i hate them but i honestly think we need more
hope noobcrew looks at this and puts it in!

maby whats needed since mods are sort of few at times is some sort of Demi-mod or Semi-mod who has some power to help do and solve simple things (like teleport to respond to, report/help while documenting with screenshots and such) as opposed to all the full dutys of Full-mods. The issue would be the abilitys and a trust base to work off of so we dont get greifer Demi-mods.

Demi-mod sounds like Demi-God to me but i guess thats the point

the only drawbacks are that normal players can utilize the screenshot/report method already. the pwnphilter dos pretty good already with minor exceptions. So the limits are or could be; giving service or items(which if not careful can be abused), reporting griefers and bridgers (prefferably with screenshots). as far as trust gos a griefing record should disqualify you... hmmm.. well known for helping.. idk its up to noobcrew for that part.

For the record... said "rating system," which sounds more like reputation wouldn't cause as much lag as you might think.
