5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Maxi refused to attempt to forward my ongoing issue to Noobcrew, stating that he's about as likely to get in contact with him as I am. Being that I've been attempting to get in contact with Noobcrew for 9 days now, I realized that Maxi was evidently incapable of performing any Mod functions that would need the guidance of his supervisor. In response I told him "Why are you even a Mod then? I hope you get fired seeing as you can't even contact your manager."
6. Was this an incorrect ban? Seeing as it was rude of my to wish him to be fired, no.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes. Due to the abnormal server lag, the server thought I was attempting to fly when I was falling down a falling water stream that lost it's source block and I was trying to stay swimming on top of it while trying to put in /home. Got a 1 hour ban that I was told I had to wait out.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I've been investing a sufficient amount of time in the server trying to create a large, multi-purpose facility for the community. I've performed no action that would affect the server or players negatively in the short or long term. From this experience I've learned to sustain even more patience than I've already been having with the server's staff over the past 9 days. Also, my conversation with Maxi was done in private, leaving his public image intact and without question of his other customers.

Your appeal is great, but so was also your disrespect.
But, I shall leave this a ban on 10 days.
