Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
•Yes i have been banned on this faction server for using xray on a server which was not allowed and I have learnt from my mistakes and this will never happen again.

Why do you think you should be mod?
I Would like to be mod because i like to help people and answer peoples questions. I am a long-term player on this server i really enjoy playing I've been playing for i think at least 1st jan 2012 with my friend. Anyone spamming in chat i will know to give them a warning bye /msg or kicking them if they do not listen to my msg. I will be able to help any player who is struggling to craft something if they are new to minecraft or just new to the server.

•Asking for personal info (Passwords, Addresses, Phone numbers.)
•Mods(Fair mods such as optifine and amour/health indicator don't count as kick/ban)

How long can you be active on the server every day?
I am a very active player on skyblock.net
I can be active daily I admit i have a lot of homework to do however I will always find time for a bit of skyblock.
•1/2 hours weekdays
•2/3 weekends deepens on what I'm doing over weekend
•I apologize if I can't be online all the time i will try my best
•Lets say i will try so hard to get on when i can

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?:
•Yes I have had my own server so i have been a owner myself and I've been mods on two servers well I've been head mod once and just mod I have much to learn and i am eager to learn much more I hope that you will accept me as a moderator so i cant learn new things

Rules:
Here are the rules that I remember when playing Skyblock:
1: Do not advertise other servers.
2: Do not grief, steal or bridge to other islands / Do not trade dirt,ironbuckets,sand,etc
3: Do not spam or use offensive language.
4: Do not island farm.
5: Be respectful
6: Do not ask for staff items or ranks

Apart from the spelling because of dyslexia, it looks pretty good. Maybe add background/longer history if you choose to.

Things to correct:

You can just say no for this. It just wants to know if you have been banned on skyblock .

This is a confusing homophone I know, but the correct spelling is by* (just so you don't get a bad spelling rate).

For the "How long can you be active on the server?" make it a table, for example:
Monday 6pm-9pm
Tuesday 7pm-8pm
etc...(try be on at least 2 hrs a day)

Okay so for now I am going to give you 60% support
Here are my reasons:
1)The colour will irrate people slightly, so get rid or it. Just have it black and the titles in bold/underlined.
2)Don't write everything in bullet points! Just have reasonably sized paragraphs or sentences. for example change this:

To something like this:

3) Possibly add more to this ^^ section as well, and go deep into why you are passionate about becoming a moderator, and what the job of a moderator is exactly.
4)I really like your enthusiasm and believe you are a very kind person, but you also might need to include how you will enforce the rules.
5)You seem like you know what it takes, but you might need to add more to express that you do !!

Rewrite this to explain why anyone cares. Example: "I am very organized and keep records of all punishments. That way I can follow up or disprove a complaint immediately."

Excessively talking about how trustworthy you are makes you seem like a liar. This is the second time you've listed something like "honest, mature, trustworthy", sir. We assume you are, taking time out to talk about just how totally OMG honest you are at this will only hurt your application. Remove all of those sections.

You're a teenager playing a video game and looking for recognition from your peers. Your "weird" level is approximately ZERO PERCENT. Remove this "qualification".
