I personally feel like getting spammed 0$ constantly by people is a funny running gag that people you are in close relation do to each other, but its not a situation that happens to directly attack one another. Even with my own opinion on the topic out there, I still support the idea of a cooldown being implemented as there is NO need for the possibility of being spammed that badly to even exist (and having to /paytoggle CONSTANTLY is a very poor solution to a very easy to fix problem) Its fun with friends sure, but a problem that can be fixed this easily is something I feel the team should work with
I like the idea of spam protection as well as a higher minimum, but I think $1 would be better than $20. As some people like to be generous and sell items for less without using a chest shop. But I think spam protection with /bal would be an amazing addition to the game! Support

No support as removing payments under $1 is limiting to what a money system should provide. If you can have a certain amount of money, you should be able to pay it. Applications I have made that pay floats and specific cent amounts to fully drain balances from accounts would not work with these changes. Also consistent payments out of account balances as cash is received is not something I would not have been willing to overlook.
