First of all, I support this idea.
Now here's the issue: Experienced players with diamonds etc. will not have the joy of experiencing a quest, since it's very easy to do for them. Also, after you did some quests, you are (with your bannershop for example) "richer" anyways. So, my idea to this topic is to add an order.
Here's an example:

First quests

QUEST 1#
Collect 20 wood
REWARD: 1 grass

QUEST 1#
Mine 512 cobblestone
REWARD: 1 grass

Once those two are completed:

QUEST 2#
Build a farm and collect 64 melons
REWARD: 1 grass

QUEST 2#
Place 1024 blocks
REWARD: 2 grass

Once completed:

quest 3 blablabla not going to write

...

Once completed:

For this, you will have to be very advanced

QUEST 437#
Craft 64 diamond blocks
REWARD: 5 diamonds

Now, those were my examples. I also would like to see tips included in them.
Example: Quest 5# Collect 24 iron <Get iron by trading with other players, voting, or donating
since it reminds people of the possibility to vote and donate (to get features, rewards) but also explains the server. I hope you like my ideas. I decided to be a bit more coverative since I really hope seeing this being added.​
