It's not like the mobs do damage to the player, but I'd think not since you can attain in-game rewards. Hacking would give you an unfair advantage...

Not sure if it's intentional or not, but VoteParty rewards are removed when leaving the Mob Arena if they are collected while in the Mob Arena.
