I've added /extranick to add an extra name, nicknames are auto pinged and I'm working on ignoring underscores and making it not case sensative

You can literally craft end crystals for 3 grass... You need 7 glass (warp trade) 1 ender pearl (warp trade) 1 blaze powder (warp trade? 1 ghast...
End crystals shouldn't be worth much as they can be crafted from ghast tears at the top of /warp mob. They do however need 8 glass and an eye of ender

In the permissions, there is a permission that limits how many times a person can /spawnmob at a time, eg once every 10 seconds
