Alright now you need to be a little more specific about trades. By trades do you mean selling accounts and items for real life money?

Just items for real life money, account selling I know is against the T&C set by Mojang.

Technically selling items for real life money is also again Mojang's T&C based here, "try to make money from anything we‘ve made;" which is stated in one of the sections of their T&C along with this we generally frown upon and usually do not allow players to actively sell their accounts, or items for life money. We allow players to give items for "upgrades", or donor titles, but even those are sketchy.

If you do decide to partake in these types of trades everyone has to remember that we are not responsible if the deal goes sour and shall not refund any items, or monetary transaction used during the trade.

I wasn't going to do one, I am just curious because I occasionally see a trade thread involving the giving of real money.
