Hi Dan, to have a chance to be unbanned, you must post a "Ban Appeal" in the forums. Please fill out the correct format and read the rules.

At the top of the web page, there should be a part that says "forums". once you click it, scroll down to where it says "ban appeals" after that, it should be pretty self explanitory
