As I said, it's likely someone chargebacked you. When you have a certain amount of buycraft chargebacks, you get banned from the store.

Are you sure that someone didn't buy you something without you knowing? That could be possible. Also, I'd suggest trying to buy a rank on another server, such as mineverse, to see if the ban is global. If it is, you'll have to contact Buycraft to have it revoked.
