    maybe cause of the day light saving timezone or something I believe. Like me it says in my laptop 11:39 AM but its 10:39 AM on my tablet and other phones.

    Well yes, that's what I mean. My timezone atm is Australian Central Daylight Time, but they only offer standard time. You can pick your timezone in preferences, but +10:30 ain't there.
