It tastes nothing in fact. Beside garlic butter. BTW there is no slime left, the snails are "unslimed" 7 days in salt water. So it's only meat.

No, has to be cooked and presented right. I like them on mushroom caps then drizzled in garlic, butter and parmesan and served with crispy fresh bread.
