Don't the cell towers need power...? I have been communications support in the middle of Afghanistan, I know the pain of trying to keep microwave towers "alive" without power.

It's 5 houses on my street, including mine, where the power is out. The rest of the neighborhood has power. In fact, I'm at my neighbor's house right now spending the night. XD

Also most businesses have backup power generators. Js

You must have good neighbors, ma'am. The last time I tried that resulted in trespassing, theft of service and resisting arrest.
