I am biting my nails like a mad man too :------(

It's bad for me, my fingers start to hurt from it, and it even gets to the point where I bite off the skin from around my fingers.

Yeah, omg - I don't really bite my nails, I just bite the skin round it. I was in a piano lesson and I noticed blood on the keys, I was just like... My fingers bleeding. Luckily my teacher gave me a plaster. Lol, that was embarassing.

I bite the skin too and sometimes I feel my heart beating in my finger :--(
