ok, so I'm not flexible at all. So I stretched a lot yesterday and almost got a full stratle. But my knees hurt so bad
I'm kinda flexible, but if I push my thighs to work, then they usually mess up my hip which means I can't really walk or run properly. I just finished tending to my hip a couple days ago, it's good as new now!
I had to be at the studio at 8 in the morning and I got home at 8 at night- basically none stop dance. It was so painful.
Laying on my beanbag thinking about how much my legs will hurt. Then I go to bed and do it the next day
