It was probable console thinking you were fly hacking, The tempbans are about 30 mins. To avoid this, try not to glitch into blocks or such. You should be unbanned by now.

Make sure you aren't lagging or fly hacking. As I said, don't use blocks that might glitch and tempban you again. If the server is lagging, it's best to not build xD
