Technically rate abuse is when someone rates one persons comments more than twice without a slow down.

I only disliked your 3 comments because I didn't like them.

You didn't slow down. You did it all in the same minute repeatedly. Also that's my opinion. You can't disagree with an opinion.

And you can't disagree with my opinion that I don't like the comments you made.
