Didn't even have enough proof to ban the player to begin with. And that's always been the rule, and it sounds like this guy was a non-donor, and non donors literally never do upgrades unless they are scamming, so I don't see where the logic was in trusting this guy.

I am not going to make assumptions here but it seems obvious that it was a alt scam. I don't think he upgraded Evolution, he might of recommended him so it can be easier to get the diamonds.
