i traded tons of rares for donor50 on net, and the guy scammed. so, i'll be banned for trading for currency in the first place?

your not allowed to do it for paypal money, your allowed to upgrade people for rares. its cos cyp and crew want all the money possible.

That's actually not why the rule exists. It's in Mojang's EULA that you can't make money off of minecraft. (Making YouTube videos is excluded from that as it promotes minecraft on a massive scale.) Whether Cyp and Noobcrew are actually that greedy is beyond me, and I really don't care unless I decide to give them my money.

Actually donations are allowed. They just can't be for things that make gameplay easier for those who donate. This server, like many others, defies that.
