Yes, it does. It seems very fair, to me. What seems unfair is the fact that your cheated the system, gaining hundreds of illegitimately obtained ratings.

So I have 200 (almost a third of my real ratings) taken away? If it were like 100 I would understand but 200 is a bit excessive.

If it were up to me, I would have deleted every single one of your ratings. So you should consider yourself lucky that it is not.
