    I have come home from school and have found myself banned?
    Nobody has access to this account from anywhere so thats even more confusing.

    Can i have more info on this please?

    Your account was banned due to a chargeback. This means that you donated or someone else donated for you and now are requesting their money be refunded. You will need to close the chargeback or pay back the money that you owe now. It will help telling us who donated for you too.

    Cyp is the main person who will instruct you

    Or that person will need to close the chargeback on you... yes you will need to pay back that amount to keep your rank, im not sure if theres another option, Cyp will let you know hopefully.

    A chargeback is when someone requests the money that they have donated to the server back. If the person who upgraded you does that, you will be banned until you can pay the money back or until the chargeback is canceled.

    The person who charged you back is taking their donation back. The person cancelled the donation.

    You'll have to pay the chargeback to get it closed. Otherwise you won't get unbanned, since it's cost the server $$.
    Your best bet is to contact [email protected], or try to get a hold of Cyp on the forums.

    how do i close it? i have emailed and tried multiple times to get to cyp and noob. still Nothing.
    i havnt had repies whether i need to pay or if ill go back to donor10.

    im at the point where i give up with this server.

    wow. ill give it 2 more weeks then im officially done with the server. cyp isnt replying and i cant get unbanned till. i spent money on the server because i liked it. someone upgrading me got me banned. i havnt done anything wrong and I CANT FREAKING PLAY.
