Chest Shop Access [ORG]

    So I got this suggestion when I was helping mistyt25 breaking her mall down to rebuild another one. Their was chestshops of inactive players. She really wanted to remove them but she can't.

    So my suggestion is let Full Mods and Super Mods to have access to Chest shop sign and chest.

    ChestShop.mod - lets you look into other shop chests and destroy them

    Possibly if it works mods can be given this.
    Previously Cyp was unsuccessful at giving us permission to remove chestshops on the old org. Not sure what the issue was.
    So support, maybe only given to Supermods
