The subject says it all.

 

Spawners don't create logs when destroyed most of the time for some odd reason. No clue as to why ;s

 

Some sort of bug/glitch with the current plugins, I can imagine. They should still be logged chest wise (Putting in/taking out of chest) but I'm not so sure myself

 

Thanks actually two were changed to creeper .... very odd!

Changing spawners are not logged, no.
