So guys, I recently downloaded Windows 10, tried to start up Minecraft, aaand it says I need an upgraded driver. Me, then being stupid, decided to delete the one I already have.. Anyone happen to know how to get the latest one for me so I can continue playing Minecraft with you guys?
It isn't Windows 10, its the fact that I was stupid and deleted my driver, so now I need the newest one that works on my pc to play minecraft again. If anyone is good with tech, my comp is a Gateway NE522.
Thanks Talia Also, I googled every possible driver for my comp and I can't find anything. I know its AMD tho >.>
You don't know what driver you deleted? Best bet is to reinstall Windows, it'll reinstall all drivers.
Tanner, I can't reinstall it is the thing. My connection is too slow, and it usually glitches out. I do know what I did to delete it though. I right clicked the bottom left corner (right by the start button) and then clicked Device manager. Then, I clicked something that had Display as the first word, and then deleted the thing that was inside of that Display folder. Hopefully that helps. Honestly, the only thing I need to download to get Minecraft to work again is the newest compatible driver that works with a Gateway NE-522.
I actually may have found the driver I need. TannerLittle, your profile pic somehow triggered my thoughts as to how to fix it xD
Oh damn. Well, it seems I was right this entire time about the driver I need. Apparently, it requires Java, and i was downloading it with Edge, which doesn't allow Java as it seems.
