5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I know exactly why I'm banned and it's a misunderstanding, I actually said yes to another question but I was very laggy, I relogged not knowing I even had the pumpkin and then was going to message the person when I had realised but they wasn't online.

You say this was because of lag, how do you expect me to believe this? How do I know that you are not just lying about it?

 

I really like this server, I wouldn't want to get banned for anything. I first joined this server over 2 years ago and if I didn't want to be on this server I would not waste my time with an appeal but I wouldn't do anything to ever get myself banned.

 

You still haven't answered my question. How do you expect me to believe this? Once you got the pumpkin head why didn't you return it back to the player?

 

When I got back online and went to message the player he was not online so I was going to wait until I saw him next but I was banned

No griefing: Griefing is destroying a players island without their permission or in other cases placing lava everywhere.
No scamming/ stealing: Scamming is when you dont give any/all the items that was agreed by both players, stealing can be anything from scamming to robbing from someones island.
No advertising: Advertising is saying an IP of a server in the global chat but it's allowed in /msg.
No killing other in non-pvp zones: Your not allowed to do this as it's unfair on the player being killed and the player killing could loot the persons things or makes them loose it.
Do not disrespect others (or server): Always be respectful on the server, dont verbally abuse anyone on the server and dont be disrespectul towards the server in any way. There are younger children that like to pay on this server.
Do no island farm: This is when you start a new island, loot it, then start another island with the materials you looted from the other island.
Do not trade/give illegal items: This means if you own an illegal item you are not allowed to sell/give it away to anyone otherwise you are rule-breaking.
Do not own illegal items: Illegal items are usually items that are only obtainable by having gmc and having them is not allowed on the server.
Do not /nick abuse: Your not allowed to abuse the nick command, all nicks should be similar to the persons ign and its not allowed to be any well known people.
Certain hacked clients are allowed: Only some hacked clients are allowed on the server, not ones that could enhance the players wealth etc.
Certain mods are allowed: Only certain mods are allowed, not ones that would give this player cool features that other players cant get.
Dont use inappropriate skins/names/builds: The server should always be kept at PG because of the younger children that play on the server and it's not fair for them if they see this stuff that is above PG rating.
The Mods can only ban with a reason: Mods cant ban people if they want to, they have to have evidence of an event and it has to be a fair punishment.
Use common sense: Be smart about what you do, dont break any rules as it could lead to a ban and dont ask questions to staff members that could easily be answered by regular players as it wastes staff time as they could be doing things to improve the server or dealing with rule breakers.
