What is email address to contact support about undelivered paid-for items?

Krissy_ recommended to email [email protected], but that address doesn't accept email:

I can send them a email with out a problem. Do you think the place you are located in might be the reason why? Also are you using gmail?

 

It's probably because of where he is, since it refused the connection. He could try using a different email, or getting a Japanese or Canadian VPN, They're pretty easy to get, Google even tells you how.

No, I am using Fastmail.com service with my own email domain. The most reliable service, so far, with no habit of ignoring certain emails as Gmail does.

 

Might be right. If you have google chrome, you can add ultra surf (a VPN) to your extensions, let me know if it works

 

Fastmail.com doesn't indicate my physical IP in email headers. So, how could that affect the deliverability?

Anyway, blocking access to support based on country of residence would be ridiculous. It's fine to get my donations, but not OK to provide me support, it means.

 

Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact cyp directly about the issue (through conversation) and while you're at it, alert him that the support email doesn't work? If all else fails, perhaps do try a VPN to see if that is the issue. I'm not sure what else would be the problem.

VPN won't help, methinks. As I said, Fastmail (Web interface) doesn't include information about sender's IP. So, how could such an email be blocked by IP if it is not passed?
