On 24 February i donated for 15 $ I payed with Paygol Mobile.
After transaction was complete it sais Wait 5-10 minutes to receive your donation stuff but after 1 day i still dont have it ! Please Help.

Message Noobcrew with the transaction code(Or something like that) It is important you only tell him the code or someone might use it. He should be able to sort it out. To message him press on his name and press start a conversation then put the title as DONATION PROBLEM or something like that and he should help you soon.

You should get the donor rank and so when noobcrew see you have pay

 

You do not need transaction code just do a conversation with Noobrew and say you do not have the donor prefix and so.
