The other heads can always be acquired in drop parties. That's what I meant xD
There's pretty much no other way to get the other heads than trade or give.

 

Without trading? You can get them as a donor400 item, but you'd only be able to get a creeper/zombie/skeleton/wither/steve head, or in drop parties/voting as arrowflint said.

 

The prices of cyp heads and crew heads have gone down due to the new ones being added..

Probably, I bet some people got them and sold em for cheap.
But I think the price matters if it's a Merkz or a Merks. If I recall correctly.

I think they were removed after the update. Not sure, but you can ask around.
