We will COME to the island and put a couple of valuable in the chest.

I just came back after almost 2 years. Luckly my island was still there.

My island is owned by my old old mc account but my current account lives there. Its odd since both accounts are pretty old and predate this island protection, the system see's my current account as island owner as doing visit IGNSherlock would take you there, yet it is not the true island owner as I can not do /trust with it.

Here is what I think happened.

Not the owner
You perhaps may not have been the island owner, and maybe the true owner never got on so the server thought it was a dead island.
Not the owner
Perhaps your co-op partner at some point did the new island replace command.
Owner
If you could use the /trust command and where the owner, then perhaps it was over written, by a new island. Not sure how this is happening but it is concerning.

When I got back to the server I noticed the newest players had the closest to 0, 0 coordinates. Which is scary since I hope it is not overwriting active players daily.

He rarely replies to mails but usually reads them.

Resend the mail with a noticeable title. Include all your proof of lost items.

Go ahead and do new Island replace so you OWN the new Island (make sure to store all your current items else where when you do.

And at the end of the email put the coordinates of the new Island and request him place a chest there with the refunds.

 

I will look at it later, decide if your making a new island or not and get back to me.

K just just mail the coords to cyp with your proof of lost items if you haven't already. Usually a chest will be placed there when he gets time.
