Some of these are for the server, some are for the website. Didn't want to clunk up the forums with multiple threads, so here it is.

More ORG Moderators

I've suggested this a year ago, and I'm suggesting this again. We've come full circle, I suppose. We desperately need more moderators. We have like what, three? two? active moderators? What ever it is, it's not enough. The server goes hours without moderation, and some people don't report, because they either don't feel comfortable doing so, or they don't have a forums account.

ORG Lockette

I myself, is a huge fan of lockette. Lock your chests, and there's a much less chance of co-op or /trust looting/griefing. Its obviously much more effective than selling and buying air.

Skywars

More care, more moderators, more maps, less spam, less advertisements, less hackers, is a recipe for a better server. Please take care of skywars. Or get rid of it and/or move it to skywars, since Cypriot and Crew seem to be good at that.

Spambots (Part 1)

There's a huge spam bot issue, if you haven't noticed, and we'll need a way to effectively get rid of them, or prevent them from joining or making threads. Or we could implement something similar to what Stel said.

Spambots (Part 2)

Aside from the spam bots we know and hate, there are also bots that don't make threads, but however create accounts, and make statuses, information sections, etc. a link to their advertisements. And no one really notices them, because unlike the previously mentioned ones, these don't create threads or cause any huge issues. I believe these should still be banned, because they still break the 'no advertising rule.' From what I've noticed through checking the Newest Members Section, these bots are usually female, around 26, and are from 'new york' (No capitalization.)

Forum Reporting

Less cooldown time. I doubt much spam can be caused from players over-reporting, and both myself and other players can better report spam bots and alert moderators much more effectively.

Support, .org needs more moderators. And support for lockette on .org, no one wants to go through the effort of setting up an overpriced chest-shop to lock their chests.

Maps for skywars would be amazing, I've said before; why not hold a map contest? Best maps will be used on the server. Yes! More mods, too. Maybe something that detects hacks, because that's pretty needed there.

And support for everything on the forums.

 

I saw another xenoforums that had no spam bots what so ever, what they had done, was they created a way to only let you post links, after you've written at least 10 messages. Commented on status' and liked posts.

 

You should make a suggestion for this exclusively.
