I have never been banned, nor have even received a warning, and I do wish to keep it that way.

Why do you think you should be Mod?
Hello! I believe I should be mod because I have the experience that is required. In situations, I am quick to react, and I am aware of the commands, and when it is best for those commands to be used. I'm an active player, and I love helping out players. I've also noticed quite a bit of spam occurring whenever I'm online, so I think it's important for more staff members, with the power to put an end to this is important, and I would definitely want to help out in that way.
I was brought to this server, by a friend seeking a skyblock server. We've gone to many, but we couldn't stop coming back to this one. I'd love to volunteer to help out in whatever way possible, to take my appreciation a step further.

I'm a very reliable and dedicated person, and I promise to put all my effort as mod. I will put my skills to good use. You can count on me, to put out a small flame, before it becomes a treacherous wildfire, as I like to say it.

I do understand that I am more of a "new" player compared to others, which makes it totally understandable for some to not give full support, however, I am most definitely not new when it comes to being a staff member. More about my experiences are written below. I answer questions to the best of my abilities, and although I may not know answers, I learn overtime. It's impossible to know every little thing, but it's not impossible to try and help out others.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
Monday: 3-4 hours
Tuesday: 3-4 hours
Wednesday: 2-3 hours
Thursday: 2-3 hours
Friday: 4-5 hours
Saturday: 3-5 hours
Sunday: 3-4 hours

I'll be on forums whenever I'm not sleeping or doing school work, including during school hours.

I try to be as active as possible, however from time to time I may not be able to go online, which I do hope is understandable. However, when I'm needed, I will most definitely be online as soon as possible.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes actually! I'm a t-mod (We call it helper there) on another server (Not naming servers, because it doesn't make sense to name other servers on a specific one, in my opinion). The server has about 400-600 players on daily, so I'm used to dealing with multiple people at once, and am pretty good at multi-tasking. I've been a mod for almost a couple months now, and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I have a strict personality when needed, and I know when it's important to take action. This includes the proper moments for kicking, and when it is correct to punish a player, and in what type of punishment.

Some valuable characteristics:

Mature, Responsible, and Trustworthy
I have a very adult like personality, and when it comes to warning players about things, I make sure my point is made, and that the same mistakes are not made again. I'm trusted with very young toddlers and kids, so it's for sure that anyone can rely on me with any task. I take responsibility for any duty I have to do. I put my mind to the task, and make sure it is done the way needed to be. Just today, a player had asked about his spawner not working. A complete stranger, he was. But the confidence I spoke with, he trusted me, and allowed me to examine the problems he was having. We both successfully found the problem, and fixed it together.

Strict
I'm quite friendly, and never bite (only on Tuesdays hue), however, based on my experience as a mod in the past, I've learned that many players don't listen after they're given friendly warnings. And although, it's always fun to joke around, I can get serious very quickly when needed. I find the rules to be very important, and I shall not tolerate any misbehavior when it comes to them.

Fair
Race, color, nationality, likes and dislikes, you name it, and it won't come to my mind as mod. No one will be treated differently, as I believe in equality for all very strongly. My friends won't receive special attention, and that meaning, they will not receive any extra chances, or be treated like another. Everyone will receive the same punishments and warnings if needed.

Forgiving
Although players do cause trouble, it's normal for humans to make mistakes occasionally. If a player has caused trouble once, I will not allow that to define the person as a whole. There's much more to a person than just flaws
However, if they do end up continuously causing trouble, they will most definitely be on my watch list. Seconds chances are great, Third chances become uneasy, By the fourth chance, it should be kinda obvious that a player has no desire to follow the rules.

Friendly
There's nothing better than putting a smile on someone's face! I truly do enjoy communicating with players. I absolutely love it when someone greets me, and I happily do the same in return. Minecraft is such a strange world, where all of us have mysteriously been brought together. The journey is never alone, and it usually ends up with a lot of good friends, and I'm excited to meet those good friends! Every friendships starts with two strangers!

Calm And Patient
At times, things may get chaotic, but I remain relaxed. This being, if a mod is over reacting in a situation, it may lead to more chaos. Having previous experiences as staff, have put me in tight position, where my name is being spammed in chat, and the entire server needs help. However, I simply handle things one at a time, and remain patient with the players. I'm also a pretty fast typer, so I am able to answer multiple questions at once if needed. I'm patient with players, and I never get frustrated or angry. I know that the age varies on servers, and I can't expect all players to be perfect. I stay as long as needed, if a player has a question, and I will remain on the server until they fully understand the answer.

Supportive and considerate
People are people, and we all have feelings. I always put other peoples emotions before mine, and I never judge a person for who they are. I feel that all people are amazing just the way they are! I support everyone in the decisions they make, and I give advice to those in need of some. Whether it may be a way to improve a farm, or just a simple answer to a question, I will give them all the tips I know.

Dedicated and Loyal
I always put my heart into the things I do. Otherwise, I have no reason to do it. I keep my promises, and I'm a good friend. You will never find me talking bad behind someone's back, because for me, there's never anything bad to say about anyone. I stay true to my friends, and true to myself. If I were to receive a nametag, I will not go around and gloat, but instead use that nametag as an indication that I'm here for players in need of help.

Helpful
Just in general, I do my best to answer questions, whether it be in global chat or in a PM. Also, I explain to the fullest. If a question has multiple parts, I make sure each question is answered, and if anymore minor questions are to be asked, those as well will be answered. If I do not know the answer, I am sure to ask someone else to add on to my knowledge of the server.

Dependable
You can count on me to get a task done, and to always put in 100% of my effort. I don't rely on someone to get stuff done for me, and I most definitely do not procrastinate. I get things done, as soon as possible. If I'm needed by a certain player, I'll put my friends aside, and provide the help needed.

Quick Typer

Not my best, but meh. Pretty decent, I'd say. I can answer questions quickly with this skill.

Other things About Me...
I was born in New York, I grew up, however in New Jersey. I enjoy photography and drawing. I'm a pretty friendly player, and I'm always willing to help right away. I enjoy nature related things, and I have this obsession with sunsets and sunrises xD Some fun facts, I can play acoustic guitar, I played flute for two years, and currently attempting to teach myself piano... I've been playing Minecraft for about 3 years now.

You're application needs more information. Try adding more to the "Why I should be mod" section. I've seen you in-game a few times, but you were never really helping, so try to help more in chat. Not by mini modding when a moderator is online, but by answering questions other players may have. You are fairly new to the forums, so I suggest getting to kniw it a but more along with the community before applying for such an important position.

Your application lacks detail, I suggest adding a schedule for "How active can you be on the server everyday?" and some more detail on why you want to be mod. You can also edit your title, don't worry, just click edit and "more options" or something along the lines of that, and you can edit it. As for the grammar, there's nothing really wrong, maybe a few "."s here and there. ;p
You seem to be a bit new to the forums, and I'm guessing not many people know you, maybe make an intro or something to let people get to know you. I also suggest helping out a bit and getting more experience on the forums.
I've seen you in-game here and there, but I'm not going to judge your activity much. Anyways, I believe that you are actually helping people, so therefor I'll keep an eye out for you.

On topic, you mam have yourself a very nice application, well detailed.
-Your forums activity could do with alot of working, maybe wait awhile before you apply so you can fully understand what happens and watch on how the moderators accept and deny appeals.
-I havn't seen you help out online but you are on the otherside of the world so I can't really judge that.
