Your mini modding can be quite annoying. You should ask people if they need help, if they need it, they will ask. You bump your app to often in my opinion. More detail on "Why do you think you should be a moderator?"

I don't play on .Org but i see u a lot on .Net and you are really encouraging to people and you are also a very nice person. so for this i give 90%
