Mac is the just the best designed, it ok, My MacBookAir is pretty good and can handle most things. Its virus protection is annoying, I think I have like 20 Viruses but it works fine. PC is meh, However! The true winner should be a Custom Built Gaming PC.
nah, who has that kind of money? my dad just built my pc and put linux on it. Cost about 80$ to build and it works great. Sometimes its better to just avoid... big.. giant.. companies.. and save money. So ya no mac or windows basically
Our family has bought over 10 Apple devices in MY LIFE. (11 years ._.) But I'd prefer a PC anyway. anyway, i have 2, and one is 8 years old and the other ones for school. They've both got minecraft anyway
After Trio booting my computer and using all 3 Operating Systems I would say that windows is Great for Gaming Mac is great for Using other kinda Software and Linux is great for Software Development. The speed of an os is all dependent on the hardware. Windows is easy to get a virus but Mac isn't so difficult either Linux is probably the best cause next to no viruses are developed for Linux. On the same Note u can always get anti-virus software for all 3 and not have to worry about viruses.
See I honestly prefer Mac. But if your studying programming and want great performance for my game then just get a free Windows or Ubuntu partition on your hard drive. There are many tutorials on how to get any OS your want. And with certain programs that I acquire viruses are very hard to get. So it's not just a fancy fancy PC. Granted it's knockoffs of office are terrible. I prefer Windows because I've grow up with it. As much as many of you have. Overall with some upgrades Mac in my opinion is the ultimate computer.
Well there are many more than the top 3 basic brands. Such as the Linux versions such as: Linux Mint, Solaris,Ubuntu, and many more because the original version of Linux is just plain broken. I honestly havent tried Solaris but I do know that Ubuntu is based on a better user interface. And it is partially true about not a lot of viruses have been developed for exploits in the system, because it was made better than OS X or Windows, 'in my opinion'. Next we have Windows...... I don't even want to start, but I will. It may be better for a gamer interface and definitely I would recommend Windows 7. But Windows 8-8.1 was based of a tablet interface and I believe Xbox as well. But now Windows 10 gives us cortona which is superior to its predecessor Siri by Apple, but it completely makes other devices unrecognized and the settings messed up. And anything below Windows XP was garbage. And now Mac OS X. Well, viruses are harder to inject into the code by exterior sources. I honestly almost lost my Mac to a Trojan virus. I will never download a free GTA V key gen again but that's off topic... But it handles viruses better than Windows. I tested it and I had to restore my downstairs PC and my office Mac which I game on . Because I put Trojan on each to test the system and what the defense programs would catch. Windows 10 on Windows defender picked up 1 virus but on the same computer Malwarebytes found over 2,000 (no joke). And macs defense system found all of the viruses in time. But even though I agree with you on a few of those things There are many more things that were left out but coudos on the good points in your post.
Thanks and i figured an in depth analysis like what u did would not be read by many people just trying to find out which os offers what I have tried Ubuntu/Mint/Jesse(Raspion)/ZoronOS(ended up wiping my computer because it wouldn't install properly) But They all offer different things Ubuntu has a mac OS X look to it Mint offers more versatility for Software Devs and has Mildly Decent Security, Jesse is Linux for Rasberry PI's and is the new update for Weezy, and Zoron OS is for those that want windows, cant afford windows or don't know how to get it for free. it has the same feel of windows 7 but is a very (emphasis on very) terrible windows 7 knockoff.
I'm glad to have someone on the internet who takes a step back and really knows their computer knowledge like you . Most of my friend are what you call console 'noobs' or the gamers who play for 12 hours straight like' PC MASTER RACE FTW!!11!!'
Thanks Glad to see someone who isn't a computer scrub who knows how to open device manager and thinks they know everything about windows
I love bootcamp but if I am correct doesnt parallels costs a butt load of $$$. And virtual box on my mac crashes alot, i dont think Ive updated it in a while... But by far bootcamp is OP.
