I say we get Donor 10 for Stel, because she is a very nice a kind helpful person. She also likes to give away beacons n stuff even though she's a total greenie.

But no worries, soon she will be donor10 if Joey upgrades her, and I really recomemnd it because she will give you beacons.

TH3PACK is a gifted builder, I had the pleasure to live on his island, JulioJones and I would always admire his hard work and dedication to always produce the nicest bit of artwork.

 

I would like to nominate Levesile on net. he does not have a forums account, and he is my best friend irl. He is really nice and is funny too. He doesn't speak a lot in pub chat, but uses msg quite a lot.

 

I suggest Moonfoxx because she is an amazing non-donor. She is always active. Lately she has had a bad time with trading (getting scammed and griefed). Moonfoxx is really really kind and I think she really stands out. I believe this is why MoonFoxx is worthy to get this upgrade.

 

I suggest Teustice because he is an amazing non-donor friend that helps with Scamming-Griefing alot. He is always active and never snoody. Hes a great guy and deserves this upgrade.
