I was using one of my vote crate keys and it said 3 grass blocks. All I got was one dirt! Can I have my other grass!?!
It's a known glitch. There isn't anything anyone can do about it unless someone is willing to donate three grass.
This has happened to me many times before. I am not sure if staff can refund you. Just in case they can: BOTBaccalord SakuraWolf Best of luck on your refund!
As the others have said, its a known problem. Ill give you the grass next time I see you on or Ill just leave it in a chest on your island. Does that take care of your problem? Any other questions before I lock up this thread?
The staff have no more extra capabilities in refunding people as anyone else does, as far as I'm concerned. Unless they happen to have confiscated items, which they rarely do. When you think about it, you've hardly been cheated given every person who has received the '3 grass' reward has only ever gotten one dirt. cx
Not to say anything, but when I see someone asking how to get dirt I can say this right XD. I mean, it is how you get dirt in a way lol.
