When someone does something wrong, like scams or griefs you, a mod will not and cannot just take your word for it. You need to have SOLID PROOF that they did it. You can't just ask a mod to refund you with no evidence, nor to ban someone without evidence. What is proper evidence? Screenshots of: -Someone telling you they scammed you -Full in depth set of pictures of the entire trade -Someone breaking the rules -A trade agreement (You also need screenshots of the entire trade) Video of: -The entire trade (Their game name must show above their head) -Someone griefing -Someone abusing a bug In conclusion, use common sense and if something is not listed here, ask yourself "If this was real life, would a judge accept it as solid evidence?" What is improper, or useless proof? -Witnesses that have no proper proof -Screenshots of your chest and only the chest, no background -Very old screenshots -"I had xyz item/block before and now I dont" -"these blocks are broken" -"This person dislikes me alot" -Your reputation does not matter. No proof means no refunds, end of story. -Demanding a staff member believe you -Stating you will quit the server if you are not refunded Overall, the staff team sees way too little actual solid evidence, and usually useless things. Just becuase you trust someone, doesn't mean they wont do bad things. Screenshot every trade, and if the trade goes well, delete the screenshots afterwards. Refunds are also a difficult task for mods, So please remember that we must contact an admin to get refund items, and unless we have very solid proof, we cannot get the items to refund you, and nothing will be done.
Regarding all the trade parts, doing final testing on a trade plugin so that scamming won't be possible unless you agree to do a 'drop trade', which I believe is going to be at your own risk after this is installed. Update: Most likely being installed tonight, testing complete.
ooooo trade plugin finally a good way not to get scammed and a good reason to start playing skyblock again lel.
