Hi all

I wish to have the island associated with my ID removed/deleted. I wish my account not be affected as I am a donor and enjoy participating in the game.

A secondary note ... I had email to support bounced back, Is this normal?

What do you mean?
You want new coordinates?

 

If you don't want your items or anything, and just want to reset your island completely to the beginning, than just do /newisland replace. That will make the island you are on delete, and a brand new one appear for you. If that is what you meant say when you have done it so this thread can be locked. If you didn't mean this, than tell us so we can get better details to get what you mean.

 

Actually I no longer want the island ... I participate in my son's island and enjoy the interaction with him. I would just like to be restored to my previous status of owning an island. However I want to still participate on the Skyblock server.

Additionally I am unable to type any commands because on join I am burning in lava and it just goes in a circle from there. I have a thread for that situation Frozen Ninja responded and attempted to assist ... but to be honest I was too dumb to follow him.

 

If you mean you want an island you previously owned back, that cannot happen. There is no way we can recover your island.
As others have said, you can /newisland replace to replace your current island with a starter island, or alternately if you want to not belong to any island at all you can join a coop (if you're not already in one), and then leave the coop (/coop leave).
Also I have heard a lot of people having trouble with the support email recently, I'll have to ask Cyp about it.

Frozen Ninja said that issue was due to my spawn block being covered with lava so on join I die respawn just drops me back on the lava and I die .... therefore I can't seem to type anything due to that circle re-looping immediately.

Frozen met me on my island and somehow allowed me to log on and not burn but evidently I did not unlock my island so he could not effect a more permanent solution.

Is there any way that mod/admins can delete my island and return me to my former status and a donor25 and keep the items/benefits paid for. Also could you provide me with a link to info about the "coop" command (keep in mind in the situation I am in I can't type any server commands. I will be standing by for your reply.

I am still a tad confused, are you saying that you would like to delete your current island to join your son? But you can't because you are continuously burning/dieing in lava?

 

For being confused you seem to have it correct
I can not type any commands. When I join I spawn to lava.
As I said Frozen Ninja got me out of the lava but i did not understand I had to unlock my island for him.

 

If you can do /unlock I can remove the lava for you. Tell me when you are in game.

I am on, my ign is CJ_Plays_Games. Just try to quickly type /unlock.

 

Do i just sit in "You Died" screen or periodically hit spawn .... or ?

 

If you can, do /spawn and than type /unlock before you die.

You have to try. Also if you were to just type /unlo and click TAB, you can complete it and click enter a bit quicker.

A mod can just tp without you having to type.
