You seem helpful enough, just make sure that you can sometimes say it in public just in case anybody else is wondering and has no idea who to ask. I also never see you online, (timezones maybe,) and you could spend half of the time helping in chat then in /msg sometimes. Also, try to put some more questions in together. It doesn't have to be all spaced out, maybe try the method of making a rough draft and seeing what people think, changing your application because of advice. Support comments aren't to be ignored, they help give advice and such. It might help if you capitalize some stuff, because it seemed to irritate me. Now, let's get to the good stuff.
Well, you seem very mature for a 13 year old. Comparing ages in maturity with you isn't very hard, as you might become a moderator sooner or later. You also have quite a great structured application in my opinion, it's just the necessary capitalization in some of the questions that bugs me. You also seem very kind and helpful, but you could help out more. You also seem to be prepared for the role of a moderator, but not too optimistic about it.

My advice to you is to do your best, and don't let anybody get you down and reconsider this application. You'd make a great moderator to a lot of people. Just make sure you stay active but consider real life situations in which relate to homework and dates. You want to keep up with the boys, you know? ​

How the spacing now?
I currently have a event to go to now, but I will thoroughly proof read the application later, when I get my computer working again (I'm currently on my kindle).

Well schools getting started up more and so are extra circular activities. I'm currently doing 3 on top of attending open houses for high schools. Anything I do every week is posted under the day I have that event scheduled for. Of course I'm not going to open houses only on Thursdays, so I can't really post those. The open houses also won't affect my activity that much, If for some reason one does, I will just put it in a status update or in the application with stars around it.
