First of all;
This farm is not fully hands free. it needs a player to simply plant the stalks.
This means that there will NOT be any of that x4 crap with enchantments.
Lastly this farm does not let ALL of the stalks grow because it uses comparators on a pumpkin
This is a very costly machine. I would appreciate it if people donated me Redstone blocks, Comparators and pistons.
Here is a Stuffed up confusing version of the machine.

 

Or you could do an 8 x 8 of nether wart, flick a switch and water runs down and destroys the warts. Bringing it straight to your feet. XD
