Its definitely time zones, as I said in my application, I am online for most of the day. Also, any tips on how I can help forums? But thanks for the feedback.

I'm impressed by your maturity. However, you do tend to focus on minor things a little too much because moderating isn't all about kicking spammers, keeping the chat G-rated, and giving out free stuff.
Nonetheless, I sense good vibes from you. Continue to help out in-game and on forums and you'll be on the right path good luck!

You seem mature for your age, although you are new and should get used to our Forums. And tell us, is there anything you can work on or get better at? Listing only your pros isn't always the best. If you can tell us how you may consider being a moderator and how you might be prepared, list it into the application. A couple more things, tone down the colors. It hurts my eyes. Also, your application seems a little too spaced out. Try to cramp some stuff together but not too much. One more thing: I know that you help out in /msg, but try to help out in chat more as you will get noticed better. It also 10% advertises your application. But try to switch for some times. Helping in chat might mean spam, and nobody wants that, hm? ​

I've been saving my opinion until now.

You've got what it takes. You're extremely helpful and kind to others. You guide each player individually the right way and to obey the rules. You're also active. Whenever I'm on, you're on. The only criticism I have is to be a faster typer than me (kidding).
