Introduction: Hey there, my name is James and I am 14 years old. I live in Perth, WA. I play with my brother DiamondXTREME_. I have been playing this server since 2013. My old name was Awesomeboys09 which I shared with my 2 brothers. I enjoy playing this server a lot, so that is why I am making this moderator application. What is your IGN? I can speak English which is my main language and I can speak basic Filipino. Have you ever been banned? (if so, why?) Unfortunately my record isn't flawless, I have got banned once on a vanilla server because I was advertising another server. That was about 2-3 years ago, but now I have learnt not to do that. Why do you think you should be a moderator? I know that being a moderator takes a lot of hard work and time. I think I could make a great mod because I am very active and helpful. I try to respect the community as much as I can because I love playing skyblock. Since I am in a different time zone to most mods, this can give an advantage because I can stop the people who spam in my time zone. Mostly everytime when someone spams in my time zone, there aren't any mods on, so if I was a mod, I could just give them a few warnings and then if they keep going, I can just tempban them for a certain number of time depending on the situation. Ever since I got scammed and griefed, I have always been trying to help people as much as I can because I do not want them to feel the same way I felt. I always try my best to help anyone no matter if they are rich or poor. I always help newbies if they ask for help in chat. I always try my best to teach a newbie all the illegal items to own and all the things you aren't allowed to do. I also teach them what is illegal to trade but legal to own. I also try to be as generous as I can. I try to give them some materials and some tips on what to do with it. I am very good at giving advice to people since I am captain in my football team. I am very active in-game and trying to get more active off-game in forums, even though I am fairly new to forums, I am posting as much things as I can think of. I am very experienced since I have been playing since 2013. I know a lot or maybe everything about this server so if someone needs help on how to get something, or something like that, I can just tell them how to get it. You may not know this because back then I was really shy until one of my friends told me I should play football. Ever since that, I have been very talkative and fun. I would consider my-self as a fast typer which is very helpful. It is helpful because it means I can do more than one thing at a time. Since mod gets you more attention, if one player messages me, I can respond within a few seconds and then wait for more people to ask me questions. Everyone who knows me very well on minecraft or in real life considers me as a trustworthy friend, you can definitely trust me if you need help with anything. I am also very fair because if one of my friends did something illegal, I would treat them the same way as a normal player. I would never favor anyone including my friends and family, so you can count on me. I am very nice, and it is really hard to get me mad. The only thing that gets me really mad is when people spam. I do not enjoy this because if me or some people want to do auctions or something, then it is harder to see since the messages just keep moving away. I have seen some mods not doing their duties but if I was a mod, I would always do my duties. Sometimes, when I tell a mod that I need help, they either just go AFK or say "i'm too busy." If I was a mod, I would never do that because I love helping. I consider that pretty rude for a mod. I also see mods hardly talking in chat or asking if anyone needs help. If I was a mod, I would always be asking in chat if anyone needs help. I would also never go AFK unless I have to attend something really important or if I need to eat my dinner or breakfast. How long can you be active everyday? Since I am home-schooled, I can do my work anytime before my bed time. So I can be more active than if I was in a school. As a moderator, you're constantly bombarded with messages ranging from people asking for free stuff to people reporting a scam. Unless you are a superhuman with a supercomputer, you cannot help everyone all at once so at times, it is necessary to tell people to wait while you help one person before you move on to the next. Also, often times moderators don't speak in chat because they are already busy answering people's questions in PM or kicking/muting spammers. I admire your dedication, but do realize that silent moderators are sometimes the busiest ones online. As for your application, I think it is pretty well written. Do you still share your account with your two brothers? If so, then you should probably change that. Good luck!

Neutral You seem active enough but try helping out a little more. I also spotted some spelling errors (and a couple grammatical errors) that I think should be fixed. Also, your maturity doesn't seem that well in-game to me. Other than that, your application is well presented and organized, good structure.
