I bought MC in July 2013 for my older son and tried it by myself. I found skyblock.net on google. And I'm still playing here since that time.
Been playing for about a year or so but made my forums account today. No true reason on why but I would say that it's because I want to get to know the community better. Oh and, I don't have any coop members. xD
What year did you guys join Skyblock? Like, 2014. How did you find out about Skyblock? Internet lol. Who are your coop members? None, I like to build alone. But on org my coop members are: Jimalexblack, sirsmilealot1 and PirateFirefox. c;
I joined Skyblock in March 2014 c: I found out about it via a server list I think, either that or I was downloading the SP map. The only coop member I've ever added is Egnazol (alt) and ShiningNova06 (ded), but now only Egnazol is in my coop.

late 2014, but on an old account. ;p Well, I had no idea how to install worlds on minecraft, so what I did was search "skyblock servers" or something like that. And bam, I read the signs for a bit, started my own island, but it didn't look good at all. I *cough cough* spammed *cough* chat with "Can I join someone's coop?" or something like that, people would usually invite me to starter islands, I'd help, but at one point they'd go inactive, so I'd put all my stuff in their chests, and leave. Around later in 2014, I found this really nice coop and he had a nice island, I helped a lot. Freaking over cobblestone, and god items. I had still had no idea what the currency was, nor how to get it. At a point, I got really bored of skyblock, I thought I was going to quit, but instead a few months later in 2015 I came back on a new account. I started an island with some people, and worked really hard to build it, after a while I finally got donor25, skipping donor10. Around this time, was my first time on .org. I was only there for a few seconds, then I left. cx After that I got my first three diamonds at a dropparty, I was freaking out so much, lmao. I gave my coops a diamond each, leaving me with one. And that was a bit after the point I became less shy in chat, and that's a bit around the point where I met megadorkvikki , I'd buy wool from her every time she streamed, and I'd hang around her island a lot. haha. Later around that, my coops began to become inactive, so I told them I was going to start my own island, and leave them. They didn't really care, but oh well. I took the stuff I had, and got my alt to create an island, and I started building my island. During one of Vikki's steams, someone had made me a stone gen, which I made my island from there. Somewhere along there, I got donor50. But when I was upgrading it turned me into a greenbean, I remember spamming "I got donor50 but now I'm a greenie?!" or something along the lines of that. I relogged and I had my rank. haha. I met AllyLime02 and ToastyRogue around that time too. ;D At a time, I didn't like the way where my island was going. It was probably at the time where my main account was the leader of that island already. I reset my island, which was around the where I met Peopleoni1 and Its_Joey. I made a house, and a storage room. I had that island for around a month or so. I decided to redo it and make a big wood one. Which at the point, I met Subtracting . I remember flying pigs around spawn, haha. c,: I didn't really have many plans for that one. So, I planned out a new island, put all my things on Toast's island, and reset my island. Once I reset it, I instantly started making my island. They were tons of little islands with some of the islands having trees, water and houses. I remember buying grass from sortaGirlyGeek , which is when I met her. C: I believe I had that island for one of the longest times, and I got donor100 around that time. Then, being me, I redid my island @KindlyRedrum helped me take everything down, and build a bit. I made a huge terraformed island, I loved that one. I'd take all the grass I have and place it one by one. Taking all the donations I could take. Around that time I believe, I met SomeoneCalledJJ. I redid my island again, it was going to be a terraformed one, but a bit different. I turned out not liking the idea, so I made a balloon island. Fully made out of balloons, looked nice, but not greenbean friendly. And then my most recent one, which is still in progress. Is a nice little beachy island, WinkerBlock, Eggyolk, and tinytoe_23 helped a lot with this one. I met ShiningNova06 around this time, hehe. c: And finally, I got a coop for the first time in months. MyLovelyAviLumps . LOOL. As for org, I first cooped with Allylime, she went inactive so I started an island with TheColdZero. Once the server reset, I started an island with Subtracting and J. We had that island for a bit, it was nice, but at one point we all left it. #riptheisland2k15. ;c I coop with Nova now, which we're currently saving up for an upgrade. oh, this is my whole skyblock story. c:

Well, I searched up Skyblock servers since I was a SB fan, and this was first that came up. Funny fact: I first joined net, then org, then Hellblock, then hardcore skyblock, as I went through the portals. I liked Hellblock, so I stayed there. I coop'd with MicahVanderman, and yeah. We had fun till the end of hellblock. Then came org: I was playing org and hellblock at the same time, but HB more. As I knew many people from org already, I started an island and did the basics. I cooped with my sister, a online friend, and an IRL friend. When org reseted, I coop'd with @AeVi. Who are your coop members? Currently, @AeVi.
Late 2012- Early 2013. Internet + Friends No one. I joined skyblock and had a great island, but I by mistake left it and my coop friend who had a yoshi skin has it xD or had it. I've made 4 islands since then.
I joined this server near the end of 2013 and joined the forums about 10 months later on the day that I got skygod. Needless to say, it was a decision that I never anticipated such a big impact on my life lol
People say that they have been here since 2012/2013 when their forums accounts are like 1-2 months old, and they clearly are a new player to the server, and don't know anything from 2012 or 2013. I really doubt that people spend 2 years on a server before joining it's forums, especially how widely used and advertised this one is. People just care wayyy too much about trying to be the most OG person, to the point of just blatantly lying.
I didn't know the forums existed until about a year and a half ago. I had been playing for a while before that.
Found this server May or June 2013. My friend starclone13 or Vex0rYT showed me this server. I quit for a couple months. After that, I found Mineverse due to its' popular gamemode Infection.
._. I never got to the forums ok? Just respect that. I have been here when the OLD Mob Arena was around, before the sandstone one anyone remember? and I was inactive later 2013, but became more active late 2014 and got forums account in 2015. I never really thought it was needed or why, because I was a nub at the time xD
I joined February 2015 and I joined forums in April I met This server by broadcasts of skywars saying "check out our skyblock server!" My coop is crap inactive.
