How to set up an amazing Signature

Prologue
A lot of people have problems with setting up a good signature. Most BB-Codes are disabled and your signatures are limited. But there still is hope, yes indeed there is. This Guide shows you how to set up a proper signature, which can actually use the disabled BB-Codes. So let's get started.

Where to edit my signature?
The first thing to do is opening the site where you can edit your signature. here!

What to add to my signature?
The second step is to think about what you want in your signature. Remember what you put in it will appear under every post you make. It can be an inspirational quote, a funny screenshot, a banner, a gif.

BB-Codes
The thing about BB-Codes in Signatures is, that only a few BB-Codes are allowed.

Images
Screenshots & Images from your device
Step 0
If you don't know how to upload screenshots and images from your device read Zambiana 's guide, which is found here.
Step 1
Copy the BB-Code.

Step 2
Go here and paste the BB-Code in the white blank field.
Step 2.1
Click on "Preview..." to see how your signature would look like.
Step 3
Click on "Save Changes".

Images from the web
Step 1
Copy the link adress of the full image and paste it in the blank space of the signature site, which is found here.

Step 2
Add [IMG] infront and [/IMG] behind the link.

Example
[Img]WhatYou'reLinking.jpg[/Img]

Picture not properly showing? Make sure that the link is in an image format.

Multiple Images as one
There is a limit of one picture per signature. But having multiple ones actually is easy.

Step 1
Copy all the images you want into the blank signature field!
Forgot how to? Look up again.

Step 2
Click on "Preview...".

Step 3
Screenshot the site and crop.

Step 4
Upload the cropped screenshot and paste the BB-Code into your signate.

Colors
Once again you have to work with [Img] feauture.

Step 1
Go here.

Step 2
Use the color codes and BB-Codes you want to form a cool signature!

Step 3
Press "Preview...".

Step 4
Screenshot the site and crop the screenshot. Upload it and paste the BB-Code into the blank field.

Wow, I didn't know that they had restricted some of the formatting codes now! (probably a good thing that people can't put YouTube in their sigs any more xD) Nice guide, well detailed ^-^

 

Thanks for the feedback. But the fact that you can't use anything like bold, colors, fonts is sad ;/
But overall glad you liked it and learned something xD It took me 4 hours just to write the part of the allowed and not allowed bb-codes xD
