    Kinda in game, kinda forums.
    Well some people really want to buy donor 400. But they need to wait ages to see cyp.
    How about a donor 400 request thread?
    They can reply with the IGN and their paypal email so cyp checks the thread and would save some pm spam.
    Thats basically it.
