Watch a lot of professional League and learn what items to build for each champion depending on your situation.

For all yall, if you dont watch pro League, watch some if you have time. It WILL make you better.

Silver 4, but because I've watched so much, I've laned supp with diamond ADCs and they have consistently told me that I should be at least plat because of my shotcalling

Watching pros hinders you as you try and play with them.

 

Videos are what helped me, mainly tips and what not, I was really leagues out the last few games, I was super tired to. Maybe we can play some more today! ^.^

I disagree only if one knows the basics like builds and basic Summoner's Rift strategy. After all, if one wants to get better at something like a sport or playing an instrument, one not only has to practice but also watch/spectate/listen. Just like my former jazz band director once said: "Practice is only half of the jazz equation; listen to some jazz pros to complete the equation."

Otherwise, I agree with your statement, Zambiana. If you're a total noob, don't watch. You'll just get more confused.
