Take your money to a store that sells prepaid master cards - I believe you are able to place money on it no matter your age. Once you do that you should be able to pay without a PayPal account like in one of darkchyldes guides that are pinned. If that fails you can give the card details to someone trusted who has a PayPal and they can link the card then pay for you. That's one of the only ways unless you pay with in game items for someone else to donate. I often am sneaky and donate without my parents knowing.
Pre-paid cards are useful you just need to pay about $5 for the activation fee. I suggest only using them when people are in your situation where they can't use paypal or a registered card.

I've spent a fair amount of money upgrading and otherwise spending money to gain a virtual currency, not just on this game but across all the games I have played. Honestly, it's never worth it and I usually regret it afterwards. If I were you I would avoid doing it as once you've done it for the first time you may find yourself spending more and more money. One of my passions is traveling, it actually upsets me when I look back at how much money I've wasted. So my advice is to listen to your parents, and spend you're money on something more worthwhile. Of course if you can't resist the temptation I guess a prepaid card would work.
I'm going to jump on the slight lecture bandwagon here and tell you, you should probably listen to your parents. I donated 50 dollars on net, which is less than most of the people that have been around as long as me, and I still regret that. My passion is keeping aquariums, I regret spending money for pixels on a screen. I don't regret supporting the server, just you know, the money part Also, what if your parents find out and get angry? I tried the whole "sneaking around my parents" thing, and they found out. They lost trust in me. Is it worth it for you?
I couldn't imagine going behind my parents' back and donating without them knowing; I'm just not that type of person, so what I usually do is try to convince them to really see the positives of the donation. Prime examples would be you're donating money, it's something you enjoy, etc. I also tend to make hasty decisions when handling money, but I've learned to think about it for a week before I purchase something.
You can always slowly save up in game and get people to upgrade you ♡ usually the most regretless way xD
