    support, I always deleted by ban appeals and reports (the ones i cared about) before they got locked. this would make it easier though

    irl, witnesses are required to be public. The defendants have the right to know who the witnesses are. However in real life we have witness protection to ensure that the witnesses are safe. Considering how we can't really have witness protection on here I support. The reports should be completely anonymous.

    Support, I got blackmailed by the same person multiple times to not report them. A friend had to end up messaging a mod because we were just fed up. ;l

    There is something to facing the person you're accusing (especially when it comes to unfair reports), but I know that some people on here would get (and have gotten) revenge on people for reporting them. I think the pros outweigh the cons. Especially with people who are capable of harming people IRL through the internet, this could be really nice.
