So, just beacause a few are in-active right now dosn't mean they should be demoted, how ever if there offline for a certain amount of time then maybe irl problems? i do have myself, so krissy lemonade roblox and other mods are doing great, im basicly on alot and ive seen alot of mods online, it could be timezones so do not start saying oh this mod is doing a terrible Job! they where hired for a reason.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
Being a mod isn't easy, it's about dedication. Firstly, I believe that I am fit for this position because I am helpful. My job will be to fill the server's needs . I am not biased in anyway, and I treat every player fairly--no matter what they have done to me in the past. I am trustworthy as well, nor do I lie under any circumstance (even if telling the truth will get me in trouble). I am organized: I plan to keep all my bans on a cloud drive, with the players' IGNs labeled, and the corresponding proof to why each player got banned/kicked. I think that this is needed, because in the future, the proof/player may be necessary later on, after the ban. I think that being a moderator does not mean just banning/kicking a player when they break the rules; it means that one has to get the player to learn what they have done wrong, and prevent the situation from happening again.

I'm active on forums. I will be responsible for my bans, and reports, If you don't see me in-game I can be reached on forums the fastest. I really want to put my time into this server, and help the players in need It irritates me when people come to me and say that being a moderator will make you cool--this is not true; I think that moderating can be denoted as looking over the server, and making its players feel wanted. I take moderating seriously, and not as a joke. While I do like to joke around at times, I know when to get serious and when to go back to what I'm supposed to do.

I would like to be the person that helps players when they are in need. No words can wholly express my love to help players; all I know is that when someone has a smile on their face, it brings a smile to me as well I will be the helpful lad who would love to answer the players' questions.

I'm an honest person: if I don't like someone, I straight tell them about it. Plus, that is truth and since when telling truth is considered rude?

 

Wow, it was such an effort to write such a bunch of words and sentences, you must have really got tired from pushing two buttons and spending a few seconds on that.
But if seriously, in my version all applications shall be completely re-written, no copy & paste and plagiarism.

 

Though all of my time here, the only mods I've seen online are Survy, Wolf and Roblox. That's it.

There are of course moderators who don't do their job, but of course there are ones who do do their jobs. You can't punish all of them, for the wrongdoings of a few. Purging and promoting new moderators simply would not work. There aren't nearly enough worthy people applying. The server will fall apart. (Not that it's not falling apart now)

 

this statement is illogical. A point can neither be correct nor incorrect. It can be valid, it can be relevant, it can be well thought out, and it can be the opposite of these things, but it can never be correct or incorrect.

The server is not any worse off now than it was a year ago. Sure from one point of view it can be considered falling apart, but it's honestly never going to be much worse or much better. Such is the nature of the world.

Anyway as for this suggestion: I like the current staff team. I think they are better than the staff team a year and a half ago. There isn't as much internal quarrel within the staff team as there was, and if there is, it's not public like it was a year and a half ago. This is a significant improvement. Removing every staff member would be a horrible idea. Even if they weren't doing a good job, a poor staff team is better than anarchy which is what would happen if they were all removed. It would take time to rebuild another staff team. This will never happen. It isn't as big of a deal as you are making it out to be. If you despise the mods so much then you do not have to play on the server. If they are not bad enough in your opinion to leave then it seems that the situation is not as bad as you think. Also Satan I would prefer if instead of just listing generalizations and making polls that you actually document the individual mods' time played on the server, gives accounts of them neglecting duty, and give actual evidence that they are not doing their job. If you do not want to do this, I propose that you do not care enough about this idea for it to be an issue.

NIH301 is somehow still a moderator and he hasn't been on .net in 2 months go check. Same for nitroholic 8 days. Like dang. Mods don't even try here. Honestly, they are active when they aren't mods but when they get mod they are like never on at all.

 

It's quite obvious that after like two weeks as a tmod, your true colours show.

People will be active as anything for the first two weeks. If they fizzle out and aren't active as much after that, it's obvious it'll just be downhill for them.

It wouldn't purely because when the mods are re-applying people would be bias.

They would suck up to the mod and do anything to get there attention although your point is true there are to many inactive mods its ridiculous.
