Like I've said to others, I feel like you're a different person now that you've been promoted. Not any worse, but different. You need to be more self confident; you're a great moderator, you just don't show it enough. Just because you've been a tmod for a while, it does not mean you're bad, or that Cyps given up on you.
I find it ironic that I tell people to be more confident in themselves, but I am also lacking some confidence in myself. Okay, I am very confident in terms of my abilities and talents but not in terms of appearance. When I talk about self-esteem or self-confidence, I don't count appearance haha. They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that holds true in my case. No guys (IRL) have ever called me pretty; girls have for some weird, unknown reasons. I simply think of myself as an average-looking person that has her moments. If you were to ask me what I would change about my face, I would say everything except my lips, cheekbones, and skin.
Well I suppose it's because beauty is something we can't change, or at least change easily. We're never happy with what we have, but we don't know what we have until it's gone.
